从文化传承到文化创造——日本“传统与文化教育”的走向

     

摘要

本世纪初,日本教育界提出了“传统与文化教育”,取代了原来的“传统文化教育”概念。“传统与文化教育”比“传统文化教育”有更宽的视野,更深的内涵和更远的追求。它从过去、现代、未来相互联系的角度谋求文化的传承和创造,不仅重视从过去传承下来的文化遗产,而且重视现代文化以及可传承至未来的新文化的创造。也不仅仅局限于培养学习者的民族自豪感和爱国心,更重视在理解传统文化基础上的文化创造力的培养。“传统与文化教育”的理念正通过一系列文化发展政策、课程改革措施以及地方和学校有计划的教育实践得以落实。%The concept of ' Tradition - culture education' was put forward by Japanese educational circles at the beginning of this century to replace the previous concept of ' Traditional culture education' Compared with the traditional culture educa- tion, the tradition - culture education is a concept with a broader perspective, more profound connotation and long - term purpo- ses. Viewed from the perspective that the past, the present and the future are related, the tradition - culture education seeks to inherit and create the culture. Not only the culture heritage is highly valued, but the contemporary culture and the newly - crea- ted culture that can be passed on to future generations are also cherished. Based on the understanding of the traditional culture, the tradition - culture education lays more emphasis on the cultivation of the ability of cultural innovation, rather than confine it- self to the cultivation of national pride and patriotism. The tradition - culture education is being gradually carried out with the im- plementation of a series of policies on cultural development, curriculum reform and educational practice by local schools.
