考试文化、成功文化到主体发展文化——学校文化样态现状与展望

         

摘要

In order to better build the construction of school culture, on the basis of investigation and interviews of different types of schools, and judgments of the main subject development, the main implicit values ?? and assumptions, and the main way of life, the paper combs through the status of the current secondary school culture, and makes the description and analysis of the main patterns of the school cuhure - the examination culture and the success of cultural status. It proposes the ideal school culture shape - - the main subject development of schools cultural shape. That is, to promote the main subject long - term devel- opment, reflect the nature of educating people organizational culture, and full of the principal life of the rational scientific inquiry spirit and the personal growth of professional affection.%在对不同类型学校调研与访谈基础上,以主体发展性、主体内隐的价值观念与假设、主体的生活方式为判断,对当前中学学校文化样态的现状进行了梳理,对当前主要的学校文化样态——考试文化与成功文化现状进行了描述与分析。提出了理想的学校文化样态——主体发展的学校文化样态。即:以促进主体长远发展为主旨;体现育人本质的组织文化特征;充满理性精神的科学探究与充满专业情意的个人成长成为学校主体人的主要生活方式。
