发酵鱼粉中酸价测定方法的研究

     

摘要

由于发酵鱼粉经提取后得到的油脂不仅酸价比鱼粉的高,而且颜色比鱼粉的深,故当采用<鱼粉GB/T19164-2003附录B>方法测定酸价时滴定终点难判断,而且滴定体积过大,造成误差.经过研究,把称重量从5g减少至2g,不仅滴定终点容易判断,而且滴定体积也比较适合,减少了误差.采用该方法测定发酵鱼粉中的酸价,回收率为95.1%~108.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.52%,该方法不但回收率高,且重复性好.%Because the lipin' color of the fermented fish meal was deeper red than fish meal and the acid value in Fermented fish meal is higher,when the for acid value in Fermented fish meal was used,the accurate end-point of titration was difficult to determine and the titration volume was too large,which brought a lot of errors.The experiment showed that the above mentioned problem can be solved by reducing the sample weigh from 5g to 2g.The results showed that the the recoveries were 95.1% ~108.8%,the RSDs were 0.52%.The method was simple and accurate.
