超声-微波协同萃取法提取龙眼壳总黄酮

摘要

Application of Ultrasonic-Microwave assisted extraction of the total flavanone from longan shell was studied . Single effect factor and Orthogonal experiment were designed. The result showed the optimal processing parameters are:ultrasonic open, extract time 60 s,soak time 1 hour , ethanol concentration 65%, liquid-Solid ratio 25,Microwave power 300 W, under above conditions the highest Puerarin extraction rate was 1.741%.%采用超声-微波协同萃取法提取龙眼壳中的总黄酮。通过单因素与正交组合试验得到最佳提取工艺条件为：超声波开启，提取时间60 s，浸泡时间1 h，乙醇浓度65%，液固比25，微波功率300 W，该条件下的提得率达到了1.741%。
