敞口山楂汁树脂降酸规模化生产工艺优化研究

         

摘要

研究采用D311型弱碱性阴离子交换树脂对敞口山楂汁进行降酸的规模化生产工艺条件. 通过测定不同流速、树脂不同再生程度、树脂再生次数等对总酸、总黄酮透过率的影响,经试验分析,采用D311树脂填充的直径1 m、高2 m的不锈钢降酸罐作为降酸设备时,室温下,最佳流速500 L/h~600 L/h(根据后续生产对山楂汁总酸含量要求确定),用1 mol/L NaOH洗脱液对D311阴离子交换树脂再生时,控制再生液pH 5.5~6.5使树脂不完全再生为宜;树脂多次不完全再生处理后,以600 L/h流速过柱处理500 kg敞口山楂汁,总酸平均透过率为24.7%,总黄酮平均透过率为88.3%.%Conditions of large-scale productive technology of Changkou Hawthorn juice by deacidification process with D311 weak-base anion-exchange resin were studied in this paper. The influences of different flow velocity, resin regeneration degree, and resin regeneration frequencies on the transmittance of total acid and total flavonoids are measured. Through experimental analysis , when a 1 meter high and diameter of 2 meters steel deacidification tank filled with D311 resin was adopted , the optimal velocity was 500 L/h-600 L/h at room temperature (according to the requirements of total acid content for subsequent production of hawthorn juice ). When D311 anion exchange resin was regenerated with 1 mol/L NaOH , the pH value of the regenerated liquid was 5.5-6.5 so that the resin is not completely regenerated. After several incomplete regeneration of the resin , 500 kg Changkou hawthorn juice was processed with a flow rate of 600 L/h. The average transmittance of total acid and total flavonoids were 24.7%and 88.3%respectively.
