低聚肽和VC复合固体饮料的抗氧化性研究

         

摘要

In order to evaluate the protection of oligopeptides and vitamin C compound solid drink on enthanol induced oxidative injury in rats according to the National Food and Drug Administration(2012), No. 107, Annex one,"evaluation of antioxidant function"model of ethanol oxidation injury.Rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,the control group,model group,low dose group(0.42 g/kg),medium dose group(0.83 g/kg) and high dose group(2.50 g/kg).The volume of oral gavage was 10 mL/kg·BW per day,and the control group and model group were filled with distilled water.After 30 days,the oxidative damage model was induced by oral gavage with ethanol except the control group. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA), protein carbonyl, superoxide dismutase(SOD)and reduced glutathione(GSH)in blood were detected.The results showed that the all physiological states of rats were normal during the experiment,oligopeptides and Vitamin C compound solid drink could significantly reduce the content of MDA and protein carbonyl in rats,and it could significantly improve the activity of SOD and raise the content of GSH.The conclusion was that oligopeptides and vitamin C compound solid drink had protective effect in preventing oxidative damage in rats.%为评价低聚肽和VC复合固体饮料对乙醇诱导大鼠氧化损伤的保护作用,参照国食药监保化(2012)107号附件1"抗氧化功能评价方法"乙醇氧化损伤模型进行试验.将大鼠按体重随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组,受试样品低剂量组(0.42 g/kg)、中剂量组(0.83 g/kg)和高剂量组(2.50 g/kg),每天经口灌胃受试样品,灌胃容量为10 mL/kg·BW,空白对照组和模型对照组经口灌胃等体积的蒸馏水.30 d后,除了空白对照组,其他的各个试验组灌胃乙醇造成氧化损伤模型,检测血液中的丙二醛(MDA)、蛋白质羰基含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量.研究结果表明:在试验期间大鼠的一切生理状态正常,低聚肽和VC复合固体饮料可以显著的降低大鼠血清内MDA的含量,极显著地降低蛋白质羰基的含量,极显著提高血清内SOD的活性以及GSH含量.因此在本试验条件下,低聚肽和VC复合固体饮料具有保护乙醇诱导大鼠氧化损伤的功能.
