黑木耳化学成分的研究

             

摘要

[Objective] To study the chemical consitituents of Auricularia auricular. [Method] The compounds were isolated and purified by many kinds of chromatography methods and were identified on the basis of physico-characters and spectroscopic analysis. The method of turbidimctry was used to determine the antiplatelet-aggregating activity of compounds. [Result] Totally, 3 kinds of compounds were obtained from the methanol layer extracts of Auricularia auricular and their structures were identified as Uridine, α -D-glucopyranose,and cerebroside B. [Conclusion] Uridine and cerebroside B are isolated from this fungs for the first time. It is suggested that uridine (100 μ g/mL) inhibited SD-mice platelet aggregation induced by ADP, but the cerebroside B showed no inhibition effect.%目的:对黑木耳中的化学成分进行研究.方法:采用硅胶、凝胶等多种色谱方法对黑木耳中的化学成分进行分离和纯化,通过核磁共振色谱和质谱等方法对化合物结构进行鉴定,采用比浊法测定分离纯化后的黑木耳提取物抗血小板凝集活性.结果:从黑木耳的甲醇层提取物中得到3种化合物,通过结构鉴定,分别为尿苷(uridine)、α-D-吡喃葡萄糖(α-D-glucopyranose)、脑苷酯B(cerebroside B).结论:尿苷、脑苷酯B为首次从黑木耳中分离得到.脑苷酯B对大鼠血小板凝集无抑制作用,尿苷(100μg/mL)对血小板凝集有抑制活性,抑制率为17.9%.
