水酶法协同超声提取连翘总黄酮工艺条件优化

     

摘要

以连翘为原料,采用水酶法酶解协同超声提取连翘总黄酮,用单因素实验和正交试验考查了酶的用量,酶解pH,酶解时间和酶解温度对总黄酮提取率的影响.结果表明:纤维素酶用量为1.2%,酶解pH为6.0,50℃下酶解4h,连翘总黄酮提取率为10.5443%.%With forsythia as raw material, flavonoids from forsythia were extracted by cellulose enzyme hydrolysis synergism ultrasonic. Influence of cellulase dosage, enzymatic hydrolysis pH, temperature and times on extraction ratio of flavonoids with single factor experiment and orthogonal test was researched. The results showed that extraction rate of flavonoids from forsythia was 10.5443% under cellulase enzyme dosage for 1.2% (w/v), enzymatic hydrolysis pH, temperature and time for 6.0, 50℃ and 4 hours, respectively.
