Practical teaching is an important part of implementing the plan of cultivating outstanding talents in a-griculture and forestry for food quality and safety specialty. This essay elaborates the construction of three-level practical teaching system based on outstanding agriculture and forestry personnel training basic practice teaching system, professional comprehensive practice teaching system and innovative practice system, how to carry out the student ethics responsibility education and "double permit" education, practice teaching guarantee system and evalu-ation system construction and operation, and the implementation of the results were summarized in order to provide reference for the training of outstanding agricultural and forestry personnel of food quality and safety professionals.%实践教学是实施食品质量与安全专业卓越农林人才培养计划的重要环节.本文阐述了基于卓越农林人才培养的基础实践教学体系、专业综合实践教学体系、创新实践体系等三层次实践教学体系的构建,如何开展学生伦理责任教育和"双证"教育,实践教学保障体制和评价体系的构建和运行,并对实施效果进行了总结,以期为食品质量与安全专业卓越农林人才培养提供参考.
