辣木叶中多酚提取及抗氧化活性研究

         

摘要

Moringa leaves are rich in nutrition, and the polyphenol content was higher in leaves of Moringa oleifera as the research object, using the single factor test and process optimization of polyphenol and flavonoid in leaves of Moringa oleifera ultrasonic assisted process response surface method, and Study on its antioxidant and antibacterial activity in vitro. The results showed that the optimum extraction process for acetone concentration 70%, ultrasonic the extraction time of 5min(4℃, 30% power, ultrasonic 2s, 8s gap), the shaking extraction time of 40min(4℃, 120r/min), the ratio of material to liquid 1:30(g/mL), under this condition, the extraction rate of polyphenols was 64.412+1.995mg/g, flavonoid content was 27.430+1.121mg/g; at the same time DPPH, Moringa leaves polyphenol free radical, hydroxyl radical, H2O2scavenging ability, reducing power, the experimental results show that the total antioxidant capacity of Moringa leaf polyphenol extracts had strong antioxidant activity, is a potent antioxidant. This study selected a polyphenol in leaves of Moringa oleifera The extraction process, the in vitro antioxidant activity of polyphenol compounds for Moringa industry and the new product development provides a theoretical basis.%辣木叶营养丰富,且多酚含量较高,以辣木叶为研究对象,采用单因素试验结合响应面法,优化超声波辅助工艺提取辣木叶中多酚及类黄酮的工艺,并对其体外抗氧化抑菌活性进行研究.结果表明,最佳的提取工艺为丙酮浓度70%、料液比1:30(g/mL)、超声提取5min(4℃,功率30%,超声2s、间隙8s)后、振摇提取40min(4℃,120r/min),此条件下,多酚提取率为64.412±1.995mg/g,类黄酮含量为27.430±1.121mg/g;同时,辣木叶多酚DPPH 自由基、羟自由基、H2O2清除能力,还原能力、总抗氧化能力实验结果表明:辣木叶多酚粗提液具有较强抗氧化活性,是一种潜在的抗氧化剂.这为辣木产业发展和新产品开发提供了理论依据.
