The present invention relates to a composition containing a Moringa oleifera extract and a Eucommia ulmoides extract as active ingredients for prevention, alleviation, or treatment of periodontal diseases. More specifically, a complex composition of a Moringa oleifera extract and an Eucommia ulmoides extract, according to the present invention, is considered to have a synergistic effect on the alleviation of periodontal diseases including gingivitis and periodontitis, and particularly, exerts direct protection and alleviation effects on periodontal diseases, for example, antioxidation, antibiosis, anti-inflammation, alleviation, or suppression of periodontal bone loss and regeneration of periodontal bone, and thus has an advantage of a high utilization for food, medicines, quasi-drugs and the like.
