复配填料含量对尼龙6导热复合材料性能的影响

         

摘要

为了提高尼龙6(PA6)的热导率,采用氮化硼与超细金属氧化物复配作为导热填料,制备了PA6导热复合材料,其中超细金属氧化物与氮化硼在高速混合机中混合,研究了复配填料对复合材料力学性能和热导率的影响。结果表明,随氮化硼用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度下降不大,而冲击强度下降明显,弯曲弹性模量明显增加,当复配填料质量分数为50%时,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和弯曲弹性模量分别为68.9 MPa,106.8 MPa,14.1 kJ/m2,12.7 GPa。复配填料的加入能够显著提高复合材料的热导率,当复配填料的质量分数为50%时,复合材料的层内热导率和层间热导率分别为4.578 W/(m·K)和0.456 W/(m·K)。%In order to increase the thermal conductivity of nylon 6(PA6),boron nitride and supper fine metallic oxide were used as thermal conductive fillers to produce PA6 thermal conductive composites. The supper fine metallic oxide was mixed with boron nitride in high speed mixer. Influences of the compound fillers on thermal conductivities and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.The results indicate that by the increase of the compound fillers,the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites decrease slightly,butthe impact strength decreases obviously and flexural modulus increases significantly. When the mass fraction of the compound fillers is 50%,the tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength and flexural modulus are 68.9 MPa,106.8 MPa,14.1 kJ/m2 and 12.7 GPa respectively. The conductivity of the composite can increase obviously by adding the compound fillers,In-plane thermal conductivity and through-plane thermal conductivity are 4.578 W/(m·K) and 0.456 W/(m·K) when the mass fraction of the compound fillers is 50%.
