PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conductive composite filler capable of generating a high quality thermal conductive resin while enhancing durability by suppressing damage of a manufacturing device of a thermal conductive resin, a manufacturing method of the thermal conductive composite filler, a thermal conductive resin and a manufacturing method of the thermal conductive resin.;SOLUTION: A thermal conductive composite filler 100 has a plurality of magnesium oxide (MgO) particles fastened on a surface of silicon carbide (SiC) particles respectively. The thermal conductive composite filler 100 is produced by a first process for preparing a magnesium salt-silicon carbide suspension, a second process for removing moisture from the magnesium salt-silicon carbide suspension to obtain a residue and a third process for heating the residue to burn magnesium oxide.
