摘要:Geochemical samples such as soil, rock and stream sediment were completely dissolved in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid, and then extracted using nitrohydrochloric acid. The preparation was directly determined for 19 elements such as As, Sb, Bi, Li, Be, La, Ce, Sc, Co, Ni, Cu, Pb, Tl, U, Th, Cd, W, Mo and Zn by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. The detection limit(σ=3)was in the range of 0.03~5.0μg.g-1, relative standard deviation for all elements was less than 10%. Tested by national standard reference materials, all measurements were in conformity with recommended values.%土壤、岩石、水系沉积物等样品经盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸敞开溶解,王水提取,试液直接用电感藕合等离子体质谱仪同时测定As、Sb、Bi、Li、Be、La、Ce、Sc、Co、Ni、Cu、Pb、Tl、U、Th、Cd、W、Mo、Zn等19种元素。方法检出限(σ=3)在0.03~5.0μg.g-1之间,所有元素的相对标准偏差(RSD ,n=12)均小于10%,方法经国家一级地球化学标准物质验证,测定值与推荐值吻合。
