高师小学教育专业综合人文素质培养模式探讨

     

摘要

There are three training patterns in current primary education specialties at teachers' colleges: the subject- centered training pattern, the psychology courses-centered training pattern and the comprehensive training pattern. The above - mentioned patterns can solve the problems of "what to teach' and how to teach" in teaching practice, however, the training on students' humanistic quality seems inadequate. This essay puts forward that the training pattern of comprehensive humanistic quality aims at improving the students' personal charm so that they can meet the demand for teachers' educational work.%高师小学教育专业目前主要有三种培养模式:学科培养模式、教育心理学课程主导模式和综合培养模式。这几种模式都能解决工作中“教什么”和“怎样教”的问题,但学生的人文素质培养却显薄弱。文章提出的“综合人文素质培养模式”旨在提升学生的综合人文素质,培养学生的个性魅力,使其更能适应教师教育工作和社会工作的需要。
