魅力型领导、创造自我效能感与员工创造力

         

摘要

Taking 172 pairs of leader-employee from different organizations as the research object,the paper explores the im⁃pact of charismatic leadership on employees’creativity and the mediating effect of creative self-efficacy. The results show that:Charismatic leadership improves employees’creativity significantly;Creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship be⁃tween charismatic leadership and employees’creativity,namely charismatic leadership can inspire employees’creative self-efficacy and thus improve employees’creativity. Finally,this paper discusses the conclusions and limitations of the study.%文章以来自不同组织的172对主管—员工为研究对象,探讨魅力型领导对员工创造力的影响及创造自我效能感的中介效应。研究结果表明:魅力型领导有利于员工创造力的显著提高;创造自我效能感在魅力型领导与员工创造力之间起中介作用,即魅力型领导会激发员工的创造自我效能感,进而促进员工创造力的提高。文章最后讨论了研究结论及研究局限。
