锥形件高压扭转成形模具设计及改进

     

摘要

The realization of conical parts processed by high-pressure torsion(HPT) expands the scope of its application. Based on the dies in the laboratory the dies of conical parts processed by HPT are designed and improved later. Experiments show that the copper conical part shaped on the improved dies has better quality with density of 96%. The average grain size in mouth part of the conical part is refined about 66% by HPT, which is remarkable.%锥形件高压扭转成形的实现,拓展了高压扭转工艺的应用范围.在实验室已有高压扭转模具的基础上,设计了锥形件高压扭转成形模具,并对其进行了改进.试验证明:改进后的模具成形出了致密度达96%且质量较好的铜粉锥形件.高压扭转工艺使锥形件口部的平均晶粒尺寸细化了66 %,细化效果明显.
