义务教育均衡发展下敦煌市教师流动研究

     

摘要

拥有一支高质量的农村教师队伍是农村教育事业发展的关键,加强农村教师队伍建设需要准确把握农村教师流动的现状与趋势.教师流动是均衡配置城乡教师资源的重要手段.以敦煌市义务教育阶段的中小学为样本,分析县域教师流动的特点,对城乡教师流动的模式、现状、流动中存在的问题等方面进行研究,旨在对制订义务教育阶段教师流动政策提供必要的依据,促进义务教育均衡发展.%The key to develop rural education is establishing a team of teachers with high-quality.To strengthen the team of rural teachers,it is significant to accurately understand current situation and future trends of teachers' mobility in rural areas,which is an important means to allocate urban and rural teacher resources in a balanced way.The study took primary and junior middle schools in Dunhuang as research samples,analyzed the features of teachers' mobility in that county,and discussed the modes,current situation and existing problems of teachers' mobility in both urban and rural areas.In order to promote balanced development of compulsory education,the study aimed to provide essential bases for guiding and improving teachers' mobility in that county scientifically,optimizing the allocation of teacher resources in that area,and adopting and refining policies on teachers' mobility.
