中医院校学生工作学生满意度测评指标体系初探--以湖北中医药大学为例

如何系统地开展学生工作学生满意度调查和测评工作，及时了解学生的需求动态，已成为中医院校学生工作快速发展中面临的新课题。本文以顾客满意理论为指导，设计了学生工作学生满意度测评的指标体系，确保学生工作学生满意度调查测评过程的科学性和测评结果准确性。%The Chinese medicine colleges meet new difficulty during the fast development of the students'work:how to test and research the degree of students'satisfaction on school work systemati-cally , figure out the students'demands in time .The paper is guided by the theory of customer satis-faction , designs the test system on the degree of students'satisfaction to make sure the accuracy of the test results and the scientific research process on degrees of students 'satisfaction on student work .
