社区行动学习--基于成人终身学习能力培养的视角

摘要

学习方式的变革，影响着人们的学习行为和效果。本文以建构主义情境学习理论为基础，从行动学习方式出发，探讨了其在社区教育中的作用。针对我国社区教育在行动学习中存在的问题，提出了通过行动学习的方式培养成人终身学习能力的对策。%The change of learning styles affects people ’ s learning behavior and results .On the basis of the situational learning theory of constructivism , this paper discusses the role of action learn-ing style in the community education , analyses the problems existed in the community action learn-ing and put forward some counter -measures to cultivate adult lifelong learning ability by improving the action learning styles .
