基于DSP 和 MCU 的管道漏水检测和定位系统研究

     

摘要

The problem of water resource wasting caused by the domestic water supply pipeline leakage every year is serious. According to the frequency characteristic of the vibration signal arises in the friction between the pipeline and the leakage water stream and the cross-correlation theory,this paper designs a dual micro-processor system of water supply pipeline leakage detection and location based on DSP(TMS320VC5402)and MCU(Rabbit3000).In the system,the DSP is responsible for the power spec-trum estimation and the Cross-correlation arithmetic of sampling data,the MCU is responsible for the man-machine interface and the running control of the system.The whole system consist of DSP minimum system,data acquisition module,wireless communi-cation module of XBEE,MCU man-machine interface module,GPRS module and power module.After repeated test,the results show that this system has a good detection capability and the locate error is within half a meter.%每年因国内供水管道泄漏导致的水资源浪费问题严重。根据泄漏水流和管道摩擦所产生的振动信号的频率特性,本文基于DSP(TMS320VC5402)和 MCU(Rabbit3000)设计一种双处理器供水管道漏水检测和定位系统。在系统中,DSP负责采集信号的功率谱估计和互相关运算,MCU 负责人机接口、控制系统运行。整个系统由DSP数据处理最小系统、数据采集模块、无线通信 XBEE 模块、MCU 人机接口模块、GPRS无线模块组成。经过反复试验表明,系统具有较好的检测定位能力且定位误差在一米之内。
