  • 摘要：在充分分析P2 P信贷客户的特点的基础上,提出了一种改进的基于BP神经网络的P2 P客户信用评价模型,构建了一套P2 P借款人信用评价体系.在评价模型中,针对互联网金融与传统金融信用评价的不同,加入了网络信息领域特有的风险因素,对评价数据指标进行相应的添加和删除.实验结果表明该模型能够准确地评估借款人的信用等级.%Based on analysis of factors affecting P2P consumer credit, an index system suitable for P2P credit consumer credit assessment was constructed. In the evaluation model, according to the different of Internet banking and traditional financial credit evaluation, the risk factors of network information are added, and the evaluation data are added and deleted. The experimental results show that the model can accurately evaluate the credit rating of the borrower.
  • 摘要：随着视频编辑软件的普及使用,视频篡改变得越来越容易.文中针对视频帧间篡改行为,分析讨论了视频帧中宏块数量在视频篡改情况下的变化规律,提出了基于视频P、B帧宏块数量变化(MBNV)特征的视频篡改检测算法,与现有算法不同的是:文中算法考虑了编码中常见的B帧在经历帧间篡改操作后的异常特性.算法通过对异常帧的判断提取,利用I帧的周期性特性,判断视频是否经过篡改,并对视频的篡改手段进行鉴别.实验证明,文中提出的方法对不同的视频编码方式和不同的比特率都有不错的检测效果.%With the popularity of the video editing software, tampering on video becomes easier and easier. In order to detect inter-frame forgery, this paper discusses and analyses how the numbers of different kind of macroblocks change after the forgery and proposes an algorithm based on MacroBlocks Number Variation ( MBNV) of P, B frames, the advantage of the proposed method is considering the influence of B frames which are very common in videos. The method extracts the abnormal frames from the video, and uses the periodic property of I frames to detect whether a video is tampered or not. To the tampered videos, it also identifies the forgery types and locates the manipulated positions in forged videos. The experiments show the effectiveness of the algorithm.
  • 摘要：文中提出了新的人脸识别方法:将Ashraf提出的方法(后文称之为隐式Gabor滤波)与核局部保持投影(KLPP)算法结合,并且在ORL人脸数据集上进行了实验,结果表示提出的方法(隐式Gabor+KLPP)相比较传统的方法(Gabor+KLPP和KLPP)识别率依然保持在很高的水平,同时识别时间大大缩短,也就是说提出的方法能够有效地降低内存复杂度,减小时间消耗.%This paper proposes a novel face recognition method with integrating the Implicit-Gabor and kernellocalitypreservingprojections ( KLPP ) . The computational cost and memory usage can be considerably reduced. The experiments are performed to test the proposed algorithms on the ORL database. The results show that the new algorithms cost less time than the Gabor plus kernel locality preserving projections and achieves essentially the same recognition rate.
  • 摘要：Through detailed analysis of the PageRank algorithm,as well as the discussion of the random surfing model, this paper introduces the Go player ranking approach based on Google PageRank algorithm,according to the value of PageRank of Go player to rank Go players. From the experiment on the objectivity and stability of the ranking results were analyzed,and the experimental results show that the algorithm has a good effect about the ranking of Go players in objectivity and stability.%文中通过对PageRank算法的详细分析,以及对随机冲浪模型的讨论,介绍了基于Google PageRank算法的围棋棋手排名方法,根据棋手的PageRank值对棋手进行排名.从实验的客观性和稳定性上对排名结果进行分析,实验结果表明该算法在围棋棋手排名上具有良好的客观性和稳定性.
  • 摘要：This paper used a unsupervised algorithm to classify the data of fully polarimetric synthetic aperture radar. It is different from other algorithms to classify the pixel statistical characteristics and neglect their scattering characteristics, this algorithm not only uses statistical classification, but also retains its main scattering characteristics. The algorithm uses a combination of Freeman and Durden to develop a Wishart distance measure classifier based on the scattering model and the complex Wishart distribution. First, Freeman and Durden decomposition are used to divide the pixels into three scattering categories:surface scattering, body scattering and double scattering. Then the three scattering classes are divided into multiple clusters, and the Wishart classifier is used to classify them. Finally, according to the natural color of the scattering category, the color scheme of color filling is proposed. The experimental results show that this approach can provide a better method to analyze PolSAR data than H/a-Wishart methods.%文中使用了一种无监督算法对全极化合成孔径雷达数据进行地物分类.不同于其他算法对像素统计特性分类而忽略他们的散射特性,这种算法不仅使用了统计分类,而且还保留了其主要的散射特性.本算法采用的是由Freeman和Durden以散射模型为基础开发的分解算法和基于复Wishart分布的距离度量分类器的组合.首先是应用Freeman和Durden分解划分像素分成三个散射类:表面散射,体散射和二面角散射;然后在此基础上将这三个散射类分为多个聚类,通过迭代Wishart分类器将其更精准地分类;最后,根据散射类别的自然颜色对其进行像素编码,提出颜色填充的方案.通过实验结果比对来证明该方法比H/α方法更具有优越性.
  • 摘要：访问控制是信息安全中保证数据机密性和完整性的有效机制,尤其是基于角色的访问控制模型更是获得了广泛的应用.然而随着云计算、 物联网等新型系统的出现,数据呈爆炸式增长,用户数也呈现出急速上升的现象,进而使得传统角色访问控制模型中用户角色的分配与管理的复杂性日益增大,其在扩展性和性能上已经不能满足此要求.文中在传统角色访问控制的基础上,提出了一种新的访问控制模型—基于属性值变异的动态角色访问控制模型.首先对角色添加属性来实现角色由静态到动态的转变,提高了角色访问控制的可扩展性,其次在对资源的操作上引入继承的概念,以避免不必要授权,简化了角色的授权,提高了访问控制系统的性能.%Access control is a very important mechanism protecting the confidentiality and integrity of data in the field of information security, and role based access control has been widely used in helping ensure the security of information systems. However, with the advent of cloud computing and Internet of things, data and the number of users rise rapid, which result in the user role assignment and management more complex. The traditional role based access control is unable to meet the requirements of scalability and performance. This paper puts forward a new model of access control, which is called role based access control with attributes. The role can be changed from static to dynamic by adding attributes to roles. In this way the scalability of the role based access control is rised. Secondly, it puts forward inheritance on operation, which can rise the performance of access control by avoiding unnecessary authorization.
  • 摘要：设计了一种可轮式运动的小型双足机器人控制系统.以单片机为核心控制器,采用舵机驱动关节完成足式运动,采用直流电机驱动车轮完成轮式运动.HMR3000作为传感器进行姿态角检测,辅助机器人完成各种运动.分析了其足式运动、 轮式运动和轮足互换的过程并进行了实验验证.结果表明,控制系统为机器人提供了很好的运动控制平台,满足机器人的控制要求.%The control system of a small biped robot with wheeled movement is designed. Single chip microcomputer is used as the core controller, the servo motor is used to complete the wheeled movement, and the motor is used to complete the foot movement. HMR3000, which is a sensor for attitude angle detection assists the robot to complete the movement. The process of the foot movement, wheeled movement and wheel foot deformation is analyzed and the experimental verification is carried out. The result shows that the control system provides a very good motion control platform for robot and reaches the robot control requirements.
  • 摘要：随着RFID、 可穿戴设备和物联网等应用的兴起,低吞吐率、 功耗和能耗敏感的芯片设计开始受到广泛的关注,基于阈值电压的低功耗电路设计成为新的发展方向.文中基于SMIC 0.13μm1 P6 M混合信号工艺,通过设计面向近阈值电压的标准逻辑库,在采用标准Top-Down设计流程的基础上,完成了一款近阈值低功耗8位微处理器的设计.封装后芯片的测试结果表明,该微处理器的最低工作电压可达0.2V,工作频率1kHz~25MHz.与基于传统逻辑库的微处理器比,在20 MHz的工作频率下,功耗降低了36%.%Facing the rise of new applications such as RFID, wearable devices and Internet of things, low-throughput but power energy sensitive IC design has drawn widespread attention. To achieve low power consumption, near-threshold digital circuit design is more and more popular. This paper designed a high-density near-threshold digital cell library based on SMIC 0. 13um1P6M mixed-signal technology. Based on this library, it designed and implemented a 8051 microprocessor with a typical top-down methodology. Tape-out result shows that this microprocessor can work with alowest voltage supply of 0. 2V, and its frequency covers a band from 1k to 25MHz. Compared with a same processor made using typical cell library, it can save about 36% power when working at 20MHz.
  • 摘要：XSS,即跨站脚本攻击(Cross Site Script)是Web程序中最常见的漏洞之一,针对XSS攻击众多学者也提出了许多检测与防御方法.文中试着从一个新的角度,借助HTML5的一些新特性,提出一套纯前端脚本实现的在线预警系统,在可疑XSS攻击发生时能及时修复漏洞.在文章最后,还将该系统与HTML5自身的XSS解决方案CSP(Content Security Policy)进行对比,分析其优劣.%XSS, Cross Site Scripting, is one of the most common vulnerabilities in Web applications. Many scholars also put forward a lot of methods to detect and defend XSS attack. This paper tries to use some new features of HTML5 to propose a warning system on the Web front-end which can fix the vulnerability in time. In the end of the paper, the system is compared with the XSS solution CSP, Content Security Policy, which is introduced by HTML5 itself.
  • 摘要：Ocular biometry has a great clinical significance, an A-scan ocular biometry system based on smart mobile devices is designed in this paper to make the measurement moreconvenient and economical. A data collection module is used to emit ultrasonic waves and receive the echoes. After being converted to digital, the echo signals are sent to the smart mobile device by bluetooth,the mobile device is used to display the waveforms,process the echo signals,provide control interface and remote communicate. The phantom and in vivo experiments show that the system is able to achieve accurate and reliable measurements. Since echo data display and processing is independent of data collection in the system, ophthalmologists can use their own smart mobile device to reduce greatly the cost of ocular biometry.%眼球生物测量具有重要的临床意义,为了提高眼球生物测量设备的便携性与经济性,文中提出一种基于智能移动设备的A超眼球生物测量系统.该系统由数据采集模块和智能移动设备构成,两者通过蓝牙接口进行信息交互,数据采集模块用于发射超声和接收回波,智能移动设备用于显示和处理回波数据、 整机控制及远程通信.体模实验和在体实验均表明,文中系统测量结果准确可靠,稳定性好.如果医师利用自带的智能移动设备,可以大大降低眼球生物测量的成本值得在临床推广.
  • 摘要：Wavelet neutal network has better feature extraction and noise cancellation capability, it can be applied to fault diagnosis of circuit. However,due to its slow convergence and easy to fall into local minimum characteristics which limit its more comprehensive application. The paper studied on the diagnosis method based on compact-type wavelet neural network, reasonably it selects the appropriate wavelet function,using its time-frequency localization properties to optimize the internal structure of the neural network. The neural network has better approximation ability and avoid falling into local optimum. Through the example it can analyze that the method has better troubleshooting capabilities, which can be used in analog circuit fault diagnosis and has a certain research value and application prospects.%小波神经网络具有较好的特征提取和消噪能力,能够应用于模拟电路的故障诊断中.然而由于其收敛速度慢、 容易陷入局部最小的特点限制了其更加全面的应用.文中研究了基于紧致型小波神经网络的诊断方法,它通过合理地选取相应的小波函数,利用其时频局部特性优化神经网络的结构,得到了较为合理的网络模型,具有较好的逼近能力且有效避免了陷入局部最优的问题.通过实例分析可以得出,该方法具有较好的故障诊断能力,能够应用于模拟电路的故障诊断,具有一定的研究价值和应用前景.
  • 摘要：Intelligent surveillance of power equipment is key technology in power distribution system. In order to predict and diagnose rapidly the potential failure point of power equipment, the traditional testing way is changing. Based on the characteristics of infrared thermal image, this paper describes a algorithm which uses the improved FCM clustering algorithm to separate the background and objectives of the images. Meanwhile, it detects automatically the position of the highest and lowest temperature of power equipment, then computes amount of isotherms and temperature interval to classify target power equipment. At last it draws the isotherms of the target area. The experimental results show that the method achieved a good practical effect. It can help technicians to predict possible failure points of power equipment and be worthy to applied in practice.%电力设备运行状态的智能监测是电网可靠运行的关键技术.为了快速预测诊断出电力设备潜在的故障位置,传统电力设备检测方式正在改进.针对红外热图像的信息特征,应用改进的FCM聚类方法将电力设备红外热图像的背景和目标分开.自动确定电力设备红外热图像的温度最高点和最低点,根据等温线数量和温度间隔,对感兴趣目标的温度进行分级,绘制出电力设备红外热图像中目标区域的等温线.实验结果表明,该研究方法达到了很好的实际效果,可帮助技术人员预测出多处可能发生故障的电力设备,值得实际推广应用.
  • 摘要：文中创建了基于OPNET和MATLAB接口机制的无线通信联合仿真平台,以充分利用MATLAB的链路层仿真优势,并把物理层MIMO技术有效融入到OPNET仿真平台.在该平台上仿真了基于预编码码本的随机调度(Opportunistic scheduling)SDMA系统;并对其进行了改进,引入了比例公平算法以保证实际系统中用户调度的公平性.%This paper creates a simulation platform of MIMO wireless communication system based on the interface mechanism between OPNET and MATLAB, facilitates the superiority of link layer simulation of MATLAB, and affiliates the physical layer of MIMO technology with OPNET simulation platform. It simulates the opportunistic scheduling SDMA system based on the precoding codebook with the above platform; and it optimizes the opportunistic scheduling SDMA system, importing the algorithm of proportional fairness to ensure the fairness of user scheduling in practical system.
  • 摘要：Under the circumstances when traditional k-means clustering algorithm has a scalability problem when dealing with large-scale text data, the author proposed a parallel k-means text clustering algorithm based on MapReduce. This paper improved the clustering effect by removing the outliers and using a good way to look for the initial centroids, and then it improved the scalability by designing a parallel large-scale text clustering model based on MapReduce. The experiments indicate that this algorithm has good clustering effect and scalability in dealing with large clustering text.%针对传统k-means文本聚类算法在处理大规模文本数据时扩展性不足的问题,提出了基于MapReduce编程模型的并行k-means文本聚类算法.通过删除离群点和采用高效的初始质心选择策略提高k-means聚类效果,并设计基于MapReduce框架的大规模文本并行聚类模型提高算法的可扩展性.实验证明,该算法在大规模文本聚类中具有良好的聚类效果和可扩展性.
  • 摘要：In recent years, bacterial foraging algorithm is a new bionic intelligent algorithm which has been studied by many scholars. It has been successfully applied to various fields. This paper introduces the background and basic principle of bacterial foraging algorithm, and summarizes the current research on the improvement and application of the bacteria foraging algorithm based on the analysis model, including the performance of the various factors, the hybrid algorithm and the application domain. In view of the reality of the environment, a comprehensive survey of the bacterial foraging algorithm is presented, and the future research directions of the bacterial foraging optimization algorithm are pointed out.%细菌觅食算法是近几年新兴的仿生智能算法,受到众多学者的关注研究,目前已经成功应用到各个领域中.介绍了细菌觅食算法的背景与基本原理,在分析模型的基础上总结了目前学者针对细菌觅食算法改进和应用的方面,包括各个因子的性能、 混合算法、 应用领域.针对现实环境对细菌觅食算法进行了全面的综述,最后根据算法的基本特性和文献进展情况,给出细菌觅食优化算法未来的研究方向.
  • 摘要：In massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems,the pilot contamination effect becomes the only remaining interference when the number of base station antennas goes to infinity.Nowadays the approaches are basically focusing on one antenna user equipment.In this paper,an interference mitigation method in massive MIMO is proposed based on dual antenna user equipment and greedy algorithm.It finishes the interference mitigation with beamforming weight vector at user side combined with picking up suitable users through greedy algorithm.%在大规模MIMO系统中,当基站天线数趋向正无穷时,导频污染成为制约系统性能的干扰因素.目前,针对导频污染减轻的方法多是针对用户端单天线的情况.文中提出一种基于贪婪算法的用户双天线大规模MIMO系统中导频污染减轻方法,通过调节用户端的波束成型权值向量来进行干扰减轻处理并结合贪婪算法选出合适的用户组.
  • 摘要：This paper proposed an image segmentation method based on the two-dimensional histogram weighting and Gaussian kernel (GK) FCM (2DWGKFCM).Due to noise,the traditional FCM method can't distinguish the target and the background in image segmentation.While the introduction of twodimensional weighting coefficient can adjust the clustering centers,which is proved can improve the segmentation efficiency.Besides,the introduction of GK improves the segmentation quality by improving the partition accuracy where the sample feature space is of linear inseparability.The results showed that the method can not only improve the image segmentation efficiency,but also qualified with better robustness and effectiveness.%文中提出了基于二维直方图加权的高斯核FCM图像分割方法,该方法在传统FCM算法中融入了二维直方图的加权系数及高斯核函数.在图像分割中,由于噪声干扰,传统的FCM算法在许多情况下并不能有效区分目标和背景,而利用二维直方图中像素点与其领域间相关的空间信息,将其作为加权系数用来调整聚类中心,可有效提高分割效率.此外,算法结合高斯核函数用于改善FCM算法在样本特征空间线性不可分时带来的划分不准的缺点,改善图像分割效果.实验结果表明,此算法在提高图像分割效率的基础上,比传统算法具有更好的鲁棒性与有效性.
  • 摘要：In this paper,the current shortcomings of the traditional data center in university have high complexity data cable,data migration difficult,are difficult to monitor and other for internal traffic.Therefore,this paper proposes a method,which is based on the data center university cloud computing platform.By creating a fibre channel over Ethernet converged network,resource allocation strategies preprogressive realization of a new generation of hardware and software building universities data center,which has a physical link is simple,consistent control systems,unified interface,and seamless data switching features.The paper discusses the data to create the authentication mechanism and studies the data security platform and scalability.The content covers all aspects of the construction of university data center cloud computing platform,the study on similar data centers has some reference.%文中针对目前高校中传统数据中心数据线缆连接复杂度高、数据迁移难度大、内部流量难以监控等缺点,提出构建基于云计算平台的高校数据中心的方法,通过创建以太网光纤通道的融合网络、资源预分配策略等软硬件建设逐步实现物理链路简洁、控制系统一致、接口统一、无缝数据切换的新一代高校数据中心.同时也探讨了数据创建中的身份认证机制,研究了平台的数据安全和扩展性.这些内容涵盖了建设高校云计算平台数据中心的各个方面,对同类数据中心的研究有一定借鉴意义.
  • 摘要：根据油气管道建设现状以及管道公司的发展态势,文中提出了基于MVC模式的油气管道信息系统一体化设计.文中以MVC模式为指导,以数据通信为基础,阐述了日常办公系统下的电子公文系统(OA)、电子邮件系统、即时通讯系统、工作督办系统与管道系统下的SCADA系统、远程智能终端系统(BB-RTU)、PIS系统之间的应用、业务流程以及数据的整合策略.整个设计由MVC模式特性开篇,介绍了MVC模式的特性及优缺点,再以管道公司日常办公系统和油气管道系统为信息化平台,阐述各个系统的功能和技术,分析这些系统与MVC之间的联系,重新定义这些系统的模型、视图以及控制器,通过数据通信来落实信息化平台集成与管道自动化建设.文中以油气管道公司相关系统为背景进行分析、设计,对管道公司实施管理办公一体化具有一定的理论和现实意义,对其它企业信息系统的建设同样也具有参考价值.%According to the current situation of oil and gas pipeline construction and development trend of the pipeline companies,the oil and gas pipeline information system integration design based on MVC mode is presented.Under the guidance of MVC mode and on the basis of data communication,the OA system under daily office system,e-mail system,real-time communication system,SCADA system under work supervision system and pipeline system,BB-RTU system,applications between PIS,business process and data integration strategy are described.The design starts with features of MVC mode.The features,merits and demerits of MVC mode are described.On the information platform of the daily system of pipeline system and oil and gas system,function and technology of each system are also described.The relationship between these systems and MVC mode is analyzed.The models,images and controllers of these systems are redefined.The information platform and pipeline automation construction are implemented through data communication.The backgrounds of related systems of oil and gas pipeline companies are analyzed and designed,which hold certain significance for pipeline companies to implement integration of management and office and have reference value for other companies to establish information systems.
  • 摘要：Cloud fuzzy clustering for remote sensing image recognition unsupervised clustering algorithm achieves a multi-satellite images to identify improvements design,which validates the design of fuzzy clustering algorithm indicated classification algorithm better success rate,compared with other algorithms at run time,the accuracy,it has obvious advantages.In the experimental verification,it identified with multiple satellite images.The final experimental results can be explained that the fuzzy clustering algorithm has a good effect for remote sensing images recognition cloud.The experimental results have significant theoretical and practical value for the complex multi-satellite imagery to identify.%采用模糊聚类的遥感图像云识别聚类算法实现了多卫星云图识别改进设计,对于设计的模糊聚类算法,验证中表明算法的分类成功率较好,与其他算法相比其运行时间、准确度方面具有明显的优势,在多卫星云图识别的实验验证中得出,最终的实验测得的结果图可以有效地说明模糊聚类算法应用在遥感图像的云识别上的效果很好.实验结果对于多卫星复杂云图识别具有明显理论和实际应用价值.
  • 摘要：为检测系统日志和业务日志中的各种错误信息,提出了一种基于Storm的实时报警服务.该服务通过Scribe实时收集持续大流量的日志数据,采用分布式消息系统Kafka缓存,然后经Storm分析过滤、匹配报警规则.实验结果表明,该服务可以及时发现故障问题并发送报警信息,确保系统和业务的稳定运行.%In order to detect the error messages in the log and log of the system,a real-time alarm service based on Storm is proposed.The service collects the log data of continuous large flow through Scribe,uses the distributed message system Kafka cache,and then analyzes and filters and matches the warning rules by Storm.The experimental results show that the service can find fault in time and send alarm information to ensure the stable operation of the systems and services.
  • 摘要：针对电力系统中亟待解决的信息安全问题,数字水印技术的应用有助于提高信息安全保障.从数字水印系统基本模型与特点等方面讨论了数字水印技术的基本原理.根据多媒体载体形式不同,分析了不同类型的数字水印技术.基于数字水印技术在电力信息安全保障中的不同应用方面,从隐蔽通信、内容认证与版权保护等应用方面重点讨论了其实际使用情况.最后,针对数字水印技术的发展趋势进行了展望.%Aiming at the problem of information security in power system,the application of digital watermarking technology helps to improve the information security.The basic principles of digital watermarking technology are discussed from the aspects of basic model and feature of digital watermarking system.According to the different forms of the media,the digital watermarking technology is analyzed.Based on the application of digital watermarking technology in electric power safety and security,the practical application is discussed in the aspects of covert communication,content authentication and copyright protection.Finally,the development trend of digital watermarking technology is prospected.
  • 摘要：In view of the problems of gas stations' weak management,short scales,tanker measurement cheat and the measurement personnel neglected their duties,engaged in malpractices for selfish ends.This paper proposed a metrological supervision and management system for gas stations based on Petri net.The system used the Linux operating system and ARM9 S3C2440 as the slave collection computer system,ZC301p camera as image sensor,Wi-Fi wireless communication sending the collect image information to remote monitoring terminal.Host computer was based on ASP.NET and SQL Server database technology,it developed with B/S structure and introduced the Petri net work tool to analysis and modeling the system.The results show that the system strengthens the measurement management of gas stations and plays a strong role in the supervision of public opinion.It maintains the economic order and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.%针对加油站存在管理混乱、短秤少量、加油机计量作弊和计量人员玩忽职守、徇私舞弊等部分问题,文中提出了一种基于Petri网的加油站计量监督管理系统.该系统采用Linux操作系统与ARM9 S3C2440作为下位机采集系统,将中芯微ZC301P摄像头作为图像传感器,利用Wi-Fi无线通信将采集到的图像信息发送至远程监控端.上位机基于ASP.NET和SQL Server数据库技术,采用B/S结构开发并引入Petri网工具对系统进行需求分析和建模.结果表明,该系统加强了加油站的计量管理,充分发挥了国家和社会舆论监督强势,维护了零售成品油市场经济秩序和消费者的合法权益.
  • 摘要：为了降低极化码(Polar Codes)多层编码(Multilevel Coding)的实现复杂度,提出了一种改进的MLC编码实现算法.改进的算法中利用固定比特矩阵自包含特点,设计了一种使用单一编码器实现不同码率多层编码的方案,克服了算法中需要使用多个编码器的缺点,降低了系统复杂度和资源使用率.同时利用编码矩阵中BN可通过比特翻转实现的特点,提高了编码速度.理论推导和仿真结果表明改进的实现算法编译码性能与MLC算法性能一致,资源消耗更低.%In order to reduce the polar codes multilevel coding algorithm implementation complexity,an improved algorithm is proposed.The proposed algorithm takes advantage of frozen bits matrix self contain feature,just using a single encoder achieving different code rate encoding process.The proposed method overcomes the drawback of the original MLC algorithm which requires multiple encoders individually,reduces the system complexity and resource usage.At the same time,the using of the encoding matrix bit exchanging characteristics improves the encoding speed.The theoretical analysis and simulation results show similar performance compared to the original MLC algorithm and resource consumption is lower.
  • 摘要：With the rapid increasing number of the video data,using the single feature to recognize human action can't solve the kinds of problems well,such as complex actions and variant background.This paper designs a new method to combine the multiple instance learning and the multiple features to recognize the actions.By using the concept "bag" in multiple instance,it can put the different features from one sample into one bag.When doing the classification,it treats the all the bags which are the same action type as the positive bag and the bags containing other action types as the negative bag.It tests the method on the common action datasets and gets the comparable result.%随着视频数据的海量增长,在人体动作识别领域,单一特征的运用已经不能满足现有的对复杂动作,复杂环境的识别问题.基于此,提出了一种利用多示例将多种动作特征融合来识别人体动作的方法,通过利用传统的多示例学习中包的概念,将同一个样本的不同的特征表征作为在同一个包下的示例.将同一类动作的所有包作为正包,其它种类的动作作为负包,来学习模型进行分类.通过在常用数据库上的测试取得了较好的结果.
  • 摘要：针对光伏发电系统在局部阴影条件下呈现高度非线性、时变不确定性和多个局部功率峰值的特点[1],提出一种粒子群优化和改进的扰动观察法结合的MPPT算法.此算法首先利用粒子群算法来快速寻找最大功率区域,然后改进的扰动观察法精确化最大功率点,克服光伏发电系统最大功率陷于局部最优.建立仿真模型,通过仿真实验验证了这种控制方法能快速找到全局最大功率,具有更加突出的动态响应性能,避免了功率损失,提高光伏发电效率.%According to the characteristics of photovoltaic power generation system is highly nonlinear,under the condition of partial shading time-varying uncertainty,and a number of local power peaking,this paper proposed a disturbance observation method and the improved particle swarm optimization combined with MPPT algorithm Firstly,the particle swarm algorithm is used to search the maximum power region quickly,and then the improved perturbation method is used to improve the maximum power point,which can overcome the local optimum of the maximum power of photovoltaic power generation system.The simulation model is established,and the simulation results verify that the control method can quickly find the global maximum power,and has a more outstanding dynamic response performance,avoiding the power loss and improving the efficiency of photovohaic power generation.

  • 摘要：As the key technology of computer vision,pedestrian detection is the foundation of research in security surveillance,human behavior analysis,autonomous vehicle systems and advanced driver assistant systems.So,it is important to make sure the accuracy,real-time performance and robustness of detection algorithm.This paper proposes a solution using Gauss mixture background modeling (GMM) and deep neural networks,also applies strategy of resizing window and sliding window to locate the best position of pedestrians in surveillance video.%行人检测是计算机视觉中的关键技术,是安防监控、视频行人行为分析乃至无人驾驶和驾驶辅助系统等后续研究的基础,因此,对行人检测的精确准度、实时性、鲁棒性都提出了较高的要求.文中给出了一个基于深度混合高斯背景建模和深度神经网络的检测方案,能够快速精准地检测出视频场景中的行人,并采用缩放、滑动的组合窗口策略,有效消除了因光线产生的阴影影响,定位出视频中行人的最佳位置.
  • 摘要：This paper presents the energy level,rate equations and power transfer equations of Bi3+ -Bi2+ -Bi+ -Ti3+ co-doped fiber.These equations are solved numerically to analyze the evolution of amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) spectrum.The numerical results show that using two pumps with wavelengths 280,446,800nm,the bandwidth of ASE can reach 800nm,covering from 400nm to 800nm and from 1200nm to 1600nm.The Bi3+ -Bi2+ -Bi+ -Ti3+ co-doped fiber has the widest ASE spectrum reported so far,and has great potential to be applied in optoelectronics devices as fiber optical source.%文中建立了Bi3+ -Bi2+ -Bi+ -Ti3+共掺光纤的数学模型,在模型中针对各个离子的能级列出了速率方程并建立了光在光纤中的功率传输方程.通过对这些方程的求解来分析影响自发辐射放大(ASE)谱功率的因素.数值结果显示,当用280nm、446nm、800nm三种泵浦光激发时,自发辐射放大谱的宽度可达到800nm,覆盖400nm ～ 800nm的传统三基色和1200nm～1600nm的通信波段.由于具有较宽的自发辐射放大谱,Bi3+ -Bi2+ -Bi+ -Ti3+共掺光纤作为光纤光源在光电子器件应用中有广阔前景.
  • 摘要：The campus website is a learning platform which is full of information.Sometimes because of the lack of physical information,the judgment of the effective information is not in place.This paper,based on the website of School of Beijing Institute of Technology,Zhuhai,Business enrollment data,constructs the intelligent college enrollment forecasting system,the campus network data using the corresponding data mining methods,to bring the school enrollment and enrollment forecast information and other content.Changing enrollment prediction system with WampServer(Windows Apache + MySQL + PHP) development environment,ThinkPHP technology as the core framework,developed as a whole solving scheme,to solve in the development and application of most need,and combined with jQuery and Html5 + Css to realize the system,using Sublime text compiler to compile the site code,and the chrome and Firefox browser to test the system's stability.Through this system,it can improve the information acquisition,enhance the degree of information utilization.%校园网站是一个充满信息的学习平台,有时候因为物理信息收集的样本空间少,对有效信息的判断也不到位,而导致信息收集不完整等不良结果发生.文中以北京理工大学珠海学院商学院网站历年招生数据为基础,构建智能化的高校招生预测系统,在校园网络数据上使用相应的数据挖掘手段,给学校的招生带来可视化的招生预测信息等内容.该招生预测系统以WampServer(Windows下的Apache+ MySQL+ PHP)为开发环境,ThinkPhp为技术核心框架,作为一个整体开发解决方案,能够解决应用开发中的大多数需要,并且结合Jquery以及Html5+ Css来实现系统,使用Sublime text等编译器来编写网站代码,并通过Chrome以及火狐等浏览器来测试系统的稳定性.通过此系统,可以为学校招生提供提高信息获取量,增强信息利用度.
