基于XBEE和DSP的漏水检测系统设计

             

摘要

提出了一种基于DSP和MCU双处理器系统的漏水检测系统的设计.介绍了管道漏水检测及漏点定位的基本原理,DSP与MCU之间的HPI接口电路设计,以及DSP与XBEE模块的UART接口电路.并根据实际需要,设计在系统由DSP控制XBEE模块的休眠和唤醒时对XBEE通信参数的设定.给出了漏水检测主机程序实现的软件设计流程图.实验部分给出了主机采样数据的功率谱曲线和漏点定位的结果.加入通信延时测试子程序,提高了时间常数的精度,并且经过反复的实验和调试,可以将最后的定位误差控制在一米范围内.%A novel design of dual micro-processor system of water leakage detector has been brought forward in this paper.It outlines the work principle of the system,the HPI interface between DSP and MCU and the UART interface between DSP and Xbee module.According to the practical demand,the function that using DSP to control the sleeping and working state of the module had been employed in the paper.The flow chart is used to describe the software design of the host machine.At the part of experiment,the power spectrum curve of sampled data of host machine and the result of the location of the water leakage are provided.The experiment shows that the accuracy of the time constant has been improved by adding communication delayed test procedure,and also the positioning error is controlled in one meter range after the repeated experiments and debugging.
