In view of NCSs with many independent sensors and actors,a continuous time model of the NCSs was pro-posed with time delays.By constructing a new Lyapunov function,a new less conservative stability criterion was developed. Based on the obtained stability condition,a output feedback controller can be designed.Numerical example and simulation show the effectiveness of the proposed method.%对于具有多个独立传感器与执行器的多输入多输出网络控制系统,在具有多重时滞的情况下,建立一类网络控制系统的连续时间模型。通过构造一个新的李雅普诺夫函数,给出一个具有较低保守性的稳定性判据。基于该稳定性判据,给出输出反馈控制器的设计方法,数值仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性。
