核电站设备维修中混合现实技术的应用研究

     

摘要

随着计算机硬件和软件技术的不断发展,虚拟现实技术变得日渐成熟,进而发展出了增强现实、混合现实等概念和技术,并已在各个领域中获得了广泛的应用,其中包括核电站领域.目前在核电站设备维修工作中,需要维护人员携带维修手册或平板电脑,以及包含多种工具的修理箱,走到故障设备处进行维修.具有无法解放双手,无法得到实时的指导,只能依靠维修人员个人的技术和经验,同时容易走错隔间,误操作设备等弊端.针对这些问题,可以利用混合现实技术,基于Holo-Lens混合现实设备,开发包括界面、仿真、综合分析、指导、监督五个模块在内的核电站设备维修辅助系统.系统可以指导维修人员走到正确的位置,并进行科学合理的维修操作,同时实时监控,一旦维修人员有错误操作,发出警告并引导其将错误改正,从根本上提高维修效率.%With the development of computer hardware and software technologies,the virtual reality technology has become increasingly mature and the concept and technology of augmented reality and mixed reality are proposed,which have been widely used in various fields,including the nuclear power stations.At present,when the nuclear power station equipment needs to be repaired,the maintainers have to walk up to the trouble equipment to work by carrying the maintenance manual or tablet computer,as well as work-box containing various tools for maintenance.In this way,their hands are not free,and they cannot get the real-time directions.It can only rely on the experience of the maintainer himself,and he may easily go to the wrong cubicle or wrongly operate the equipment.As for these problems,mixed reality technology can be used to develop a nuclear power station maintenance auxiliary system including five modules,i.e.,interface,simulation,integrated analysis,guidance and supervision based on HoloLens.The system can guide the maintainer to the correct location and carry out scientific and reasonable maintenance operations,while it simultaneously monitors the maintenance in real time.If the maintainer makes some mistakes,the system will give a warning and guide him to solve the problem.In this way,the repair efficiency can be improved fundamentally.
