基于烟丝动态顶空香气成分的卷烟品牌分析

             

摘要

A total of 16 cigarette samples of two brands from different manufacturers were used as examples to research and develop a method of classification analysis based on measurements of volatile aroma components with a Purge and Trap-Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (P&T-GC/MS) method. The aroma components data were submitted for interpretation to cluster analysis and principal component analysis. The results showed that the 16 samples were grouped into two categories corresponding to their brands and these two groups were well separated with each other, indicating that the volatile aroma components well characterized the similarity of cigarettes from the same brand, as well as the difference between cigarettes from different brands. The method provides reference for cigarette style characterizing, quality maintenance and authenticity discrimination.%采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱法对16种卷烟样品的顶空香气成分进行了分析,应用聚类分析和主成分分析法对两个不同品牌卷烟的顶空香气成分进行综合评价.结果表明,同一品牌卷烟很好地聚成一类,不同品牌卷烟很好地相互区分,说明顶空香气成分既反映了相同品牌卷烟的相似性,又体现了不同品牌卷烟的相异性.该方法可为卷烟品牌的风格表征、品质维护和真伪鉴别提供参考.
