"智"德是儒家"三达德"之一,在中国传统文化中具有举足轻重的作用.在医学技术突飞猛进的今天,从医者的人格日益受到社会的关注,医学生人格健全与否不仅影响其自身身心健康,对从业后所提供的健康服务质量也将产生深远影响.更好地继承儒家"智德",促进当代医学生人格的培育,具有重要意义.%The virtue of wisdom is one of the three virtues including wisdom, benevolence and courage in Chinese Confucianism, which plays a critical role in traditional Chinese culture. As the development of medical technology, doctors' personality is drawing increasing attention from all waiks of the society and general public. The features of medical students'personality not only relates to their own physical and mental health, but also has a profound influence on their future medical practice and health service. Therefore, it is of great significance to further carry on the Confucian virtue of wisdom in promoting the cultivation of medical students' personality.
