妇产科护理实践教学中的伦理学探析

摘要

There are special ethical requirements in the practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,and improper handling can easily lead to patient disputes.This paper summarizes the issues occurred in the practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,and proposes several strategies for better ethics teaching including fully respecting the rights and interests of patients,raising ethics awareness of professional faculty,reforming instructional approaches and improving students(e)thics development.%妇产科护理实践教学中有特殊的伦理要求,处理不当容易引起医患纠纷.分析了妇产科护理实践教学中存在的问题,提出以下对策:在实践教学中应充分尊重患者的权益,加强性别伦理教育;提高专业教师的伦理修养;提高学生的伦理素质;改进教学方法,完善教学评价体系.
