拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗26例儿童难治性癫痫临床分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of refractory epilepsy in children.Methods26 cases of children with intractable epilepsy use of lamotrigine and sodium valproate, follow-up in children with seizures, statistical analysis adverse reactions occurred.Results:After 9 months of treatment with complete control in 14 cases (53.8%), markedly effective in 10 cases (38.5%), invalid in 2 cases (7.7%); after treatment compared with the treatment of children with each month epilepsy average seizure reduced significantly; comparison between groups was significant, statistically significant; 7 cases with EEG has returned to normal; 10 cases with adverse reactions; no liver and kidney function, blood abnormalities. Conclusion:Lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of refractory epilepsy in children is safe and effective.%目的：探讨拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗儿童难治性癫痫的临床疗效。方法：26例儿童难治性癫痫患儿采用拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗，随访患儿癫痫发作情况，统计分析不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗9个月后，患儿完全控制为14例（53.8%），显效10例（38.5%），无效2例（7.7%）；治疗后较治疗前患儿每个月癫痫平均发作显著减少；组间差异对比显著，有统计学意义；7例患儿脑电图已经恢复正常；10例患儿伴有不良反应发生；无肝肾功能、血常规异常。结论：拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗儿童难治性癫痫安全、有效。
