拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸钠联合治疗儿童难治性癫痫临床观察

摘要

目的观察拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸钠联合治疗儿童难治性癫痫的临床疗效。方法将89例儿童难治性癫痫患者分为两组，研究组45例给予拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸钠联合治疗，对照组44例给予单纯拉莫三嗪治疗。结果研究组、对照组总有效率分别为86.78%、72.73%，研究组总有效率较高，其治疗后EEG平均好转时间较短，两组差异有统计学意义（约0.05）。结论拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸钠联合治疗儿童难治性癫痫，总有效率高，EEG平均好转时间短。%Objective To observe the clinical curative ef ect of lamotrigine and sodium valproate in the treatment of refractory epilepsy in children. Methods 89 cases of children with intractable epilepsy patients were divided into two groups, study group 45 patients were treated with lamotrigine and sodium valproate therapy, 44 cases in the control group treated with lamotrigine treatment. Results The study group, the control group total ef ective rate was 97.78%, 72.73%, study group total ef iciency is high, the average EEG improvement after the treatment time is short, with a significant dif erence between two groups ( <0.05). Conclusion Lamotrigine and sodium valproate in the treatment of refractory epilepsy in children, the total effective rate is high, average EEG improvement in a short time.
