基于经典测量理论和项目反应理论的试卷质量分析方法的比较

摘要

本文比较了基于经典测量理论(classical test theory,CTT)与项目反应理论(item response theory,IRT)两种现代教育理论下的试卷质量分析方法(以下简称两种方法)的异同点,并将两种方法应用于南京医科大学2007级～ 2009级临床医学专业学生的内科学、外科学、妇产科学、儿科学考试的试卷质量分析中,以探索在高等医学教育考试中运用IRT进行试卷质量分析的可行性.结果表明,通过各项目参数的比较发现,两种方法都可以用于试卷质量分析.两种方法的各参数之间存在着正相关;IRT在难度、区分度及试卷整体质量评估上能够提供比CTT更为详细的信息;而CTT在参数不变性的表现上要优于IRT.%This study used two methods of modern education measurement:classical test theory (CTI) and item response theory (IRT),analyzed the questions and test paper of four unified exams of clinical medicine program from 2010 to 2012 in Nanjing Medical University.Through comparison of the project parameters that can be used to exam test paper quality,a positive correlation between the parameters of the two methods is found.IRT can provide more detailed information than CTT in difficulty,discrimination,and examination paper quality evaluation.CTT in the parameter invariance is superior to the performance of IRT.
