深圳市小学生癫痫病发作现场急救健康教育效果评价

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the health education intervention effects of animation film named First Aid to Epilepsy or Febrile Seizuresamong primary school students in Shenzhen,and provide the basis for universal febrile seizures first aid knowledge and popularize health educated animation film First Aid to Epilepsy or Febrile Seizures.Methods By quo-ta sampling method,281 students in 4 classes from 2 schools lied in downtown or suburb of Shenzhen were chosen to fill in the questionnaire.The effect of health education was evaluated by interview before and after the intervention.Results For 20 questions,the knowledge awareness rates of first aid and the positive attitude and behavior towards epilepsy patients after the intervention (88.43%)were significantly higher than before (40.98%).Differences were statistically significant (P =0.00).After the intervention,the knowledge awareness rate of first aid (84.76%)and the positive attitude and behavior towards epilepsy patients (95.25%)significantly improved than before (47.11%,29.58%).Differences were statistical-ly significant (P =0.00).Conclusion Watching animation filmFirst Aid to Epilepsy or Febrile Seizurescan significantly im-prove the first aid awareness and change their attitudes and related behavior among primary school students in Shenzhen.%目的:评价动漫片《癫痫病或热性惊厥发作时应急处理常识》对深圳市小学生健康教育的干预效果,为普及癫痫病发作现场急救知识,推广健康教育动漫片《癫痫病或热性惊厥发作时应急处理常识》提供依据。方法采用配额抽样方法,抽取深圳市内、关外各1所学校的小学五年级各4个班共281名学生开展健康教育,干预前后进行2次调查问卷,评价癫痫病发作现场急救健康教育干预的效果。结果深圳市五年级小学生癫痫病发作现场急救知识及对待癫痫病的正确态度和行为20道题干预后总知晓率为88.43%,高于干预前的40.98%。差异有统计学意义(P =0.00);癫痫病发作现场急救知识这部分干预后知晓率为84.76%,高于干预前的47.11%,差异有统计学意义(P =0.00);对待癫痫病的正确态度和行为这部分知晓率为95.25%,高于干预前的29.58%,差异有统计学意义(P =0.00)。结论观看动漫片《癫痫病或热性惊厥发作时应急处理常识》能显著提高深圳市小学生掌握癫痫病现场急救及相关知识的知晓率,改变其相关态度和行为。
