硬皮病肾危象一例诊治分析

摘要

硬皮病肾危象是系统性硬化症引起的严重并发症之一,以恶性高血压、进行性肾衰竭为特征性临床表现,典型病例诊断不难,但治疗措施有限,病死率极高.本文对我科收治的1例硬皮病肾危象患者的发病机制、临床表现、诊断要点、治疗进展及预后进行回顾性分析,以提高临床医师对该病的认识.%Scleroderma renal crisis is a serious complication of systemic sclerosis, displaying such clinical features as malignant hypertension, progressive renal failure. The diagnosis of typical cases is not difficult, but the therapeutic strategy is limited, resulting in a high mortality rate. This paper retrospectively analyzed one case of scleroderma renal crisis in our department about her pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnostic points, treatment progress and prognosis in order to improve clinicians' recognition of this disease.
