Provided are a kidney parenchyma binding structure comprising a kidney parenchyma contact unit which is made of a flexible material in a planar shape and comes in surface contact with a kidney parenchyma tissue without infiltration and a suture fixing unit which is disposed on the upper part of a body; a kidney parenchyma binding device including the kidney parenchyma binding structure; an applier providing the kidney parenchyma binding structure; and a kidney renorrhaphy kit including the same. According to the present invention, the kidney parenchyma binding structure has the flexible kidney parenchyma contact unit of the planar shape which comes in contact with the kidney parenchyma tissue without infiltration, such that the tension of the suture can be uniformly distributed to the kidney parenchyma, thereby maximally securing hemostasis of the kidney while preventing breakage of the kidney tissue. Accordingly, the kidney can be smoothly sutured and restored and a complication occurrence ratio can be largely reduced in comparison with an existing tool.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
