说课在基础护理实验课教学中的应用

         

摘要

[目的]探讨说课在基础护理实验课教学中的应用。[方法]以护理系专科生2个班共304人为研究对象,采用随机分组法分别将2个班分为对照组148人和观察组156人,观察组采用说课,对照组采用传统教学。半学期后对两组学生进行实践操作考试。[结果]观察组第2学期操作技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在基础护理实验教学中应用说课效果优于传统教学。%Objective:To probe into application of speaking lesson in“basic nursing”experimental teaching.Methods:A total of 304 college students in 2 classes in nursing department were taken as research subj ects,and they were divided into control group (148 cases)and observation group (156 cases)by using randomized method,Speaking lesson was carried out for patients in ob-servation group,the patients in control group received traditional teaching. After the half term,two groups of students received practice operation ex-am.Results:skills assessment scores of patients in observation group in 2nd semester was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ap-plication effect of speaking lesson is better than that of traditional teaching in“basic nursing”experimental teaching.
