红细胞分布宽度与冠心病冠脉病变关系研究

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the correlation of red blood cell distribution width (RDW) and coronary heart disease in patients with coronary lesions.Methods 215 patients with coronary angiography in Taihe Hospital of Shiyan City in Hubei Province from January 2011 to June 2012 were selected for the study, according to the patients were coronary heart disease and they were divided into coronary heart disease group (n=95) and non-coronary heart disease group (n = 120), the differences of clinical data, blood indices and biochemical indicators in the two groups were compared, and induced coronary heart disease risk factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis, the correlation of coronary lesions with RDW was observed.Results The level of coronary heart disease in patients with RDW was significantly higher than that of the non-coronary heart disease (t= 5.213, P = 0.000), and multiple linear analysis: RDW, LDL-C, DBP, blood glucose, and HDL-C, age, gender, and coronary heart disease existed independent correlation; grouping patients according to the count of patients with coronary artery lesions, RDW value increased with the increase in the number of diseased vessels in patients.Conclusion RDW with coronary lesions correlation exists, which may be a predictor of coronary artery disease.%目的 探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变的相关性.方法 选取2011年1月~2012年6月于湖北省十堰市太和医院行冠状动脉造影的215例患者为研究对象,根据患者是否为冠心病将其分为冠心病组(n=95)和非冠心病组(n=120),比较两组患者临床资料、血常规指标及生化指标的差异,并对诱发冠心病的危险因素进行多元线性回归分析,观察RDW与冠脉病变的相关性.结果 冠心病组患者RDW水平显著高于非冠心病组(t=5.213,P=0.000),经多元线性分析证实RDW、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、舒张压(DBP)、血糖、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、年龄、性别与冠心病存在独立相关性;根据患者冠状动脉病变的支数对患者进行分组,随着患者病变支数的增多,RDW的值也随之增大.结论 RDW与冠状动脉病变存在一定的相关性,其可能是冠状动脉病变的一个预测指标.
