农村小学教师“教育技术能力培训”存在的问题及策略研究

         

摘要

With the rapid development of educational informationization, how to make full use of information technology to promote leaping development of rural education is currently an important issue in rural education. However, to make it really implemented, teacher training is the top priority. After surveying seven rural primary schools of Haiyuan County in Ningxia, the authors analyze the current situation of the teachers'educational technology competence and educational technology training, and put forward some practical training strategies which would provide reference for teacher training at western rural primary schools in China.%随着教育信息化的快速发展,如何充分利用信息技术促进农村地区教育的跨越式发展是当前农村教育的一个重要课题,但要将其真正落实,教师培训是当务之急.该文针对宁夏海原县七所农村小学教师的教育技术能力及培训现状进行分析,提出了切实可行的培训策略,以期对西部农村小学教师的教育技术能力培训提供参考.
