临床-病理相结合教学模式在皮肤科教学中的实践

         

摘要

采用计算机多媒体辅助教学、皮肤病教学阅片、提问-互动式带教方式、提供课后自学条件及制订科学的考核方式与反馈体系等一系列措施,建立皮肤科临床-病理相结合的教学模式。这种教学模式弥补了目前皮肤科教学中临床教学与病理教学脱节的现象,调动了学生的主观能动性,提高了学生的诊疗水平,拓宽了其诊疗思路,对研究生临床思路的培养起到重要作用。%Our school has established a clinical-pathological combined model in teaching dermatology by taking a series of measures , including computer-and multimedia-assisted teaching , teaching through section reading , encouraging raising questions and interaction , providing resources for out-of-class self-studying , and formulating an appropriate assessment and feedback system .The new teaching model has solved the problem of disconnection between clinical and pathological teaching in dermatology teaching , enhanced students'initiative in learning , improved students'skills in dermatological diagnosis and treatment , broadened their way of thinking in clinical practice , and exerted an important effect in fostering clinical thinking of graduate students .
