In this paper,the optimization of purification technology of cranberry pomace proanthocyanidins was studied.The separation of cranberry pomace proanthocyanidins was purified by HPD600 macroporous resin column chromatography,500mL,resin column,sample liquid concentration is 10mg/mL,elution flow is 2.0BV/h,ethanol concentation is 75%,75% ethanol volume is 600mL,collected the elution liquid,then concentrated and dried.The separation of cranberry pomace proanthocyanidins by purification technology can obtain more than 95% cranberry proanthocyanidins,the yield is 1.5%.Thus,HPD600 macroporous resin can be used for separation and purification of cranberry pomace procyanidins,which can obtain more than 95% cranberry proanthocyanidins.%对蔓越莓渣原花青素纯化工艺进行优化研究.结果表明,通过HPD600大孔树脂柱层析纯化分离蔓越莓渣原花青素,用500mL,树脂装柱,上样液质量浓度为10mg/mL,洗脱流量为2.0BV/h,乙醇解析浓度75%,600mL75%乙醇解析,收集洗脱液,浓缩干燥.通过上述工艺纯化分离蔓越莓渣原花青素,可得到≥95%蔓越莓原花青素,得率为1.5%.HPD600大孔树脂可用于蔓越莓渣原花青素的纯化分离,得到含量≥95%蔓越莓原花青素.
