Cu2+、Fe2+和Fe3+对红曲霉液态发酵产色素影响

         

摘要

采用液体发酵研究了三种金属离子Cu2+、Fe2+和Fe3+对红曲霉发酵代谢产色素的影响.添加不同浓度的CuSO4溶液、FeSO4· 7H2O溶液和FeCl3溶液到培养基中发酵培养,测量发酵液中的红曲色素色价,进行对比分析,发现当CuSO4溶液浓度逐渐增大时,红曲色素的色价逐渐降低;当Fe2+逐渐增加时,色素含量上升;当添加Fe3+后,色素含量不稳定.因此,Cu2+和Fe3+不适合作为优化培养基的金属离子,Fe2+利于色素生成,合适的FeSO4添加浓度为0.05 mmol/L.%The effects of different metal irons including Cu2+,Fe2+ and Fe3+ on the yield of Monascus pigments were detected in liquid fermentation.Compared to the control,different concentration of CuSO4,FeSO4 · 7H2O and FeCl3 solution were added to the fermentation medium to invest the effect of metal saltson Monascus pigments.It was found that the color value of the Monascus pigment was decreased with the increased concentration of CuSO4 solution.When the concentration of Fe2+ was increased,the pigment value was increased too.Adding Fe3+ solution,the pigment content was unstable.Therefore,Cu2+ or Fe3+ is not suitable for the yield of pigment;while Fe2+ can promote the increasing of Monascus pigment,and the best concentration for FeSO4 solution was 0.05mmol/L.
