“学习型社会”建设中的自学考试

摘要

“学习型社会”是一个以终身教育为基础，以学习者为中心，人人都能终身学习的社会。自学考试是国家从公民接受高等教育的公平性角度，为实现社会成员继续教育的要求，从制度、环境和组织等方面提供的保证。自学考试是基本符合“学习型社会”特征的高等教育形式。本文从考试管理机构的视角，探讨适应“学习型社会”建设的自学考试定位和改革。%“Learning-society”is a lifelong education society which takes lifelong education as the foundation, learners as the centre, and everyone can learn lifelong. Self taught examination is a guarantee from the system, environment,organization and other aspects of the provision to receive higher education equity and achieve the social members’continuing education requirements. Self-taught examination is basically consistent with the“learning-society”features in the form of higher education. This article from the perspective of the examination management mechanism, discuss the self-taught exam orientation and reform which adapt to " learning-society"construction.
