The article conducted a comprehensive and profound analysis and comparison on the scheme of college entrance examination reform between Zhejiang and Shanghai. The content involves the overall pattern of multiple selection modes, the main value orientation of the reform, the basic content of the scheme, and reveals the basis of the reform for many years in the two provinces with four kinds of selection model.%文章对浙江、上海的深化高考改革方案进行了全面、深刻的比较分析，内容涉及多元选拔模式的总体格局、改革的主要价值取向、方案的基本内容，并分四种选拔模式揭示了两省市多年改革的基础。
