我国市售液态纯牛奶黄曲霉毒素M1含量调查分析

         

摘要

112 UHT and pasteurized pure milk samples were collected from the capital city market of 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. These milk samples included different brands and were produced using local raw milk from each area. The AFM, content in the milk samples was detected by ELISA. The results showed that: The AFM, content in all samples ranged from 0 to 130.32 ng/kg, which was lower than the maximum limit ( 500 ng/ kg ) set by the National Standard of the People's Republic of China (GB 2761-2005), as well as the maximum limit ( 200 ng/kg ) set by the Agricultural Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China (NY/T 657-2007 and NY 5140-2005). The AFM, content in liquid pure milk products from the China market was within the safe range. The AFM, content of the milk in China also varied among geographical regions, with AFM, content being significantly higher in southern than northern China.%本研究采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测了采集自我国29个省、市、自治区以当地所产原料奶为原料生产的不同品牌市售超高温灭菌液态全脂纯牛奶(UHT奶)及巴氏灭菌液态全脂纯牛奶(巴氏奶)共计112种样本的黄曲霉毒素M1含量.结果表明:(1) 112种牛奶样本的黄曲霉毒素M1含量介于0~130.32ng/kg之间,均低于GB 2761-2005规定的≤500ng/kg的最高限量和NY/T657-2007、NY 5140-2005中规定的≤200ng/kg的最高限量,说明我国市售液态纯牛奶黄曲霉毒素M1含量安全;(2)我国液态纯牛奶黄曲霉毒素M1含量呈明显的地域性分布,南方明显高于北方.
