“做中学”在消化系统疾病护理实践教学中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the application of “learning by doing” education theory in the practice teaching of digestive system diseases nursing.Methods In the first semester of 2015 to 2016, the total of 221 nursing undergraduates of grade 2013 in Jinzhou Medical University were taught by “learning by doing” in the practice teaching of digestive system diseases nursing. The application effect was evaluated by 20 evaluation indicators.Results Over 86.4% students hold positive attitudes towards the “learning by doing”, and more than 91.9% students hold positive attitudes towards the ability training effect of “learning by doing”.Conclusion For nursing undergraduates, “learning by doing” can stimulate study interest, promote the ability of review, understanding, memory and application to the learned knowledge and skills, can also promote the development of nursing competency. “Learning by doing” is worth to be popularized.%目的:探讨“做中学”教育理论在消化系统疾病护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法2015~2016学年第1学期,选取锦州医科大学2013级护理学专业221人为研究对象,在消化系统疾病护理实践教学中实施“做中学”,并对应用效果进行评价。结果学生对“做中学”学习持肯定态度,极评价均在86.4%以上;学生对“做中学”学习的能力培养作用持肯定态度,极评价均在91.9%以上。结论对护理本科学生,“做中学”学习能激发学习兴趣,促进对所学知识、技能的回顾、理解、记忆和应用,能促进护生护理岗位胜任力的发展。
