以疾病为中心的教学方法在高职口腔医学专业中运用的初步研究

         

摘要

ObjectiveTaking dental caries as an example, to explore the feasibility of disease centered teaching methods in stomatology in higher vocational colleges.Methods 100 students from Grade 2013 stomatology specialty in our school were voluntarily chosen as the experimental group, other 123 students were taken as the control group, the control group was taught by traditional teaching method, dental caries related knowledge was learned from the ifrst to the fourth semester respectively, the experimental group was taught by dental caries centered teaching method in the first semester. The average examination score, passing rate and satisfaction of students were observed.Results The average score and the qualiifed rate of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.01), the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The disease centered teaching method can improve the average score and qualiifed rate of the students, and the effect is obvious.%目的:以龋病为例,探讨以疾病为中心的教学方法在高职口腔医学专业中运用的可行性。方法在我校2013级口腔医学专业中,随机、自愿选择100名同学作为实验组,其他共123名同学作为对照组,对照组以传统方式教学,分别在第一至四学期学习龋病相关知识;实验组在第一学期按照以龋病为中心的教学方法讲解龋病相关知识;观察两组的平均分、合格率和学生满意度。结果实验组平均分、合格率高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组的教学满意度也优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论以疾病为中心的教学方法可提高学生的考核成绩平均分和合格率,效果明显,且参与学生满意度高。
