运用磁分离技术对亚硫酸法糖厂的清汁进行初步的澄清研究,以糖汁的纯度和色值为主要的参考指标。探究了磁粉加入量、搅拌时间、搅拌速度、磁场强度这4个因素对澄清效果的影响,并对重要的影响因素做系统的正交试验。综合各指标,以色值为指标的最佳组合为:磁铁粉用量0.1 g/150 mL,磁场强度为最大,搅拌速度100 r/min,搅拌时间3 min,在最优条件下所得的平均纯度为88.77%,色值为1859 IU。%This paper is a preliminary study on using magnetic separation technology to defecate the clarified juice in sulfitation sugar refinery,set purity and color value as main reference indicators. Research the effect of magnetic powder dosage,stirring time,stirring speed and magnetic field intensity on clarification,and the orthogonal test is carried out with the important factors,after analyzing all the data,the best combination with color value as the indicator is:magnetic powder dosage of 0.1 g/150 mL,magnetic field intensity is the maximum,stirring speed of 100 r/min and stirring time of 3 min. The average purity and color value of juice is 88.77% and 1859 IU is obtained under the optimized conditions.
