木霉RS30固体发酵产木聚糖酶条件研究

摘要

对实验室选育的木霉RS30(Trichoderma RS30)菌株,固态发酵产木聚糖酶条件进行了研究.得到试验因素的产酶条件为天然原料玉米秸与麸皮的比例为4∶1,种龄为96h、接种量1×107cfu/mL,培养温度为30℃,培养时间为120h,在上述条件下木聚糖酶酶活可达3247IU/g.%Solid-state fermentation conditions of xylanase produced with Trichoderma RS30 was studied in this paper. The optimum fermentation conditions were as follows: ratios of corn straw to wheat bran4: 1, seed age 96h, inoculum 1 × 107cfu/ml,incubation temperature 30C, incubation time 120h. Xylanase activity reached 3247IU/g under the optimum conditons.
