大果红花油茶籽粗脂肪测定及茶皂素提取研究

             

摘要

The water and crude fat content in Camellia oleifera seed was determined and the extraction of tea saponin by direct drying and soxhlet extraction were studied in the paper. The tea saponin was extracted from camellia oleifera seed by ethanol. The effects of several factors on the extraction yield were investigated including extraction time, extraction temperature and ethanol concentration. The optimum conditions were as follows: extraction time 3h, extraction times 3, extraction temperature 67℃ and ethanol concentration 80%. The results indicated that the method was feasible.%通过直接干燥法和索氏提取法测定了大果红花油茶籽中水分及粗脂肪的含量.然后再以大果红花油茶籽仁为原料,用乙醇溶液浸提茶皂素,考查了浸提时间、浸提温度、乙醇浓度、浸提次数对茶皂素浸提率的影响.结果表明以80%的乙醇溶液作为提取剂,在温度为67℃下浸提3次,可从茶籽仁中完全提取出茶皂素,建立了先提取茶皂素,再提取茶油的新工艺.
