油茶籽粕中茶皂素的提取工艺研究

     

摘要

Tea saponin was a kind of natural surface active agent and there was a great deal of apperception in the fields of chemistry,pharmaceuticals,foodstuff,architectural materials and agricultural chemicals. Tea saponin was extracted by ethanol as a solvent from Camellia cake. The effects of the factors, including ratio of solid to liquid, extraction temperature, ground particle, ethanol concentration, pH and extraction time, on the yield rate were investigated. On the basis of single factor experiments, the results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were the ratio of solid to liquid 1: 20 ,extraction temperature 81 ℃ ,ground particle 80 meshes,ethanol concentration 63% ,pH= 11, extraction time 4 h,tea saponin yield up to 20.54% ,which is only 0.58% contrast to predictive value. From the results, this method was simple and had a high yield.%茶皂素是一种天然非离子表面活性剂,在日化、医药、食品、建材和农药等行业有广泛的应用.以油茶籽粕为原料,乙醇为浸提液,分别研究了料液比、温度、原料粒度、乙醇浓度、pH值、提取时间对茶皂素得率的影响.在单因素试验的基础上,经响应面分析法确定茶皂素提取的最佳工艺,即:料液比1:20、温度81℃、粒度80目、乙醇浓度63%、pH=11、提取时间4 h,茶皂素得率为20.54%,与理论预测值21.12%相比仅差0.58%.由结果可知,该方法简单可行,得率高.
