叶黄素的几类降解反应研究

摘要

Four methods (O2, H2O2, K2Cr2O7, KMnO4) were used .to oxidative degradation of lutein. The products of degradation wereanalysised by GC/MS. The results indicated that Oxidstive degradation of lutein is a valuable route tO produce aromate compounds.
